1. Who we are

Aimflare (“we”, “us”) operates the Aimflare training platform at aimflare.com.br. Contact for privacy requests: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

• Account data: nickname, email, password hash, optional profile fields and social links you choose to add.
• Training data: scores, grades, ranks inside Aimflare modes, settings, playlists, and similar progress data.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/app type, cookies/session identifiers, basic logs needed for security and abuse prevention.
• Payment data: processed by payment providers (for example Mercado Pago or Stripe). We receive payment status and identifiers needed to unlock Premium or marketplace purchases; we do not store full card numbers on Aimflare servers.
• Optional Riot account link: if you connect via Riot Sign On (RSO), we may receive identifiers and gameplay data authorized by that opt-in (for example your own match history) to power Pulse / coaching features.
• Communications: messages you send in Aimflare chats/support channels you use.

3. How we use data

• Provide and improve training modes, rankings, accounts, and Premium features.
• Process payments and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse.
• With RSO opt-in, show you your own VALORANT-related insights and training recommendations.
• Communicate about the Service (security, account, product updates).
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, we rely on contract performance (providing the Service you request), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (optional Riot linking and certain cookies/marketing where required), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure and email providers that process data on our behalf.
• Payment processors to complete purchases.
• Riot Games systems when you explicitly link via RSO (data flows required for that integration).
• Authorities when required by law.

Other players may see your Aimflare nickname, public profile fields you enable, and Aimflare leaderboard results. We do not publish another player’s Riot/VALORANT personal stats without that player’s opt-in.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use session cookies (and similar local storage) to keep you logged in, remember settings, and operate the site/client. You can clear cookies/storage in your browser; some features require them to function.

7. Retention

We keep account and training data while your account remains active and as needed for security, payments, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting [email protected], subject to legal retention needs.

8. Security

We use HTTPS and industry-reasonable safeguards for account secrets and server access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International transfers

Servers or processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location (including LGPD in Brazil and similar laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing such as Riot account linking. Contact [email protected].

11. Children

Aimflare is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child provided us data, contact us to request removal.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
