Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Aimflare (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Aimflare is

Aimflare is an independent aim-training and practice platform for FPS players, including tools inspired by VALORANT gameplay. Aimflare is not a Riot Games product.

Optional features may include account profiles, rankings for Aimflare training modes, Premium subscriptions, community tools, and (when available) VALORANT-related coaching features that require Riot Sign On (RSO) opt-in.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, cheat score systems, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

5. Premium and paid features

Some features may require a paid Aimflare Premium subscription or other paid services (for example coaching marketplace purchases). Prices, billing methods (such as Pix or card), and renewal details are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable after digital access is delivered.

Free access to core training modes remains available. Paid content is intended to be transformative Aimflare training/community value, not a sale of Riot Games content.

6. Riot / VALORANT data (when enabled)

If you choose to link a Riot account via RSO, you authorize Aimflare to access only the data needed for the features you enable (for example your own match history). Linking is optional. You may disconnect the link where the product provides that control.

We will not display another player’s personal VALORANT stats unless that player has opted in through the required flows.

7. Intellectual property

Aimflare branding, software, and original content belong to Aimflare or its licensors. VALORANT, Riot Games, and related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Aimflare is not endorsed by Riot Games.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect score accuracy, or fitness for a particular competitive outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimflare and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
